Article 6(c)-(e)Jointly Owned Real Property Title Deeds

Article 18Management of Common Parts
Jointly Owned Real Property is classified into 3 categories with distinct management regimes: Category 1 (Major Projects) - Developer self-manages with an RERA-selected Owners Committee; Category 2 (Hotel Projects) - management outsourced to a Hotel Project Management Company; Category 3 (other projects) - management undertaken by a RERA-selected specialised Management Company.
