What Vault does
Each file gets a SHA-256 fingerprint when it is uploaded, so you can later show it hasn't changed.
A sealed document is locked read-only until its retention period ends.
Each document's retention period follows its category and the UAE rule that applies, such as FTA, DFSA, Labour Law or the Commercial Companies Law.
Uploads, seals, views and checks are recorded with the user and the time.
Arakan-managed storage runs in AWS me-central-1 (UAE). You can connect your own storage instead.
Ledger originals, Govern minutes and Comply evidence are filed here as they are created.
